Join us for a residency from acclaimed chef Ben Orpwood, formerly of Sexy Fish and Zuma!
Ben has drawn on his authentic yet modern Asian cooking background to create an a la carte menu packed with dishes including smoked steak tartare with nashi pear and sweet potato crisps, roast diver scallop with pickled apple and jalapeño plus main courses including lobster with ponzu and wild garlic butter and whole soy-glazed baby chicken with fries and slaw.
What’s more, there’s even a whole section of the a la carte menu dedicated to everyone’s favourite spring ingredient – asparagus – and an incredible seven-course tasting menu priced at only £45, including a glass of fizz, which is available for dinner from 5.30pm-10.30pm, from Tuesday 11th- Sunday 30th April.
Ben Orpwood initially joined Zuma as a Chef de Partie way back in 2005, working on the launch of the brand’s Istanbul and Dubai outposts before spending five years in the best kitchens in Sydney. He returned to London in 2015 to work as Executive Chef of celeb-favourite Sexy Fish before moving back to Zuma as Executive Chef.
