US Inspiration

Last month new Head Chef James Hulme travelled to the good old US of A to gain inspiration for a whole host of new summer dishes for Avenue. Ever diligent in their quest for perfection, James and GM Tom Minkley wined and dined their way around NYC in pursuit of the latest dishes to bring home to Avenue with their own St James twist.

New items on the menu include a summery salad of Cucumber and strawberry, goats curd and fennel whilst not to be left out the bar team launched the ‘Night Train’, an Espresso Martini served the Avenue way.
